IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
Radiograph of a 15-year-old girl with osteofibrous dysplasia of the tibia showing dense fibro-osseous changes seen in the anterolateral diaphyseal cortex proximally. There are a few areas of lytic change suggesting the possibility of an adamantinoma. A biopsy revealed only osteofibrous dysplasia.
