IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
Radiographs of a newborn child showing extensive lytic changes throughout the entire tibial diaphysis. In this age group, osteofibrous dysplasia has a lytic appearance with smoky calcification in the center of the lysis suggesting the formation of bone. With this radiographic appearance, the possibility of adamantinoma must be considered.
