IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
Postoperative radiograph showing the excellent reconstruction of the proximal humerus with a stable glenoid-humeral joint that allows for many years of excellent function without anterior subluxation. Even without the use of adjuvant chemotherapy or irradiation therapy there is minimal chance for local recurrence with this low-grade tumor.
