Leiomyosarcoma (bone) - Proximal humerus - Bone isotope scan

Bone isotope scans shows evidence of isotope pickup in the area of the upper 4 inches of the humerus suggesting an active disease process but very non-specific. This could be seen with trauma, infection or neoplasm. The diagnosis of leiomyosarcoma was proven on biopsy.
