AP radiograph of the hand and forearm of a 23-year-old female who was born with a soft tissue enlargement of the radial half of the hand and forearm with localized gigantism of the thumb and an asymptomatic soft, doughy, fleshy tumor on the radial side of the distal forearm. There is soft tissue hypertrophy on the very radiolucent type tissue, similar to what is seen with a lipoma, located over the radial half of the forearm, associated with localized hypertrophy of the subadjacent bone of the thumb. There is no evidence of phleboliths which would be seen with hemangioma.
