This sagittal T1-weighted MRI shows the characteristic spherical appearance of a soft tissue low signal abnormality. This image shows the diagnostic trailing of the ulnar nerve off the proximal pole of the tumor, suggesting that it is a nerve sheath tumor, most likely a neurolemoma.
