The patient was taken to the operating room and the neurolemoma was successfully excised from the adjacent ulnar nerve. The lesion has the characteristic yellowish appearance that distinguishes it from the white fasciculated appearance of the adjacent ulnar nerve. There was minimal neurologic damage from the surgical procedure and chance of local recurrence is extremely low.
