IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
Another axial T2-weighted MRI with definite evidence of calcification within the central portion of the lesion that would strongly suggest the diagnosis of synovial sarcoma. For this reason, the patient was taken to the operating room and this mass was surgically excised.
