A 22-year-old male presented with symptoms of progressive pain and restricted motion about his shoulder girdles, along with restricted motion of the temperomandibular joints and stiffness of his entire axial skeleton. This started when he was six years of age, resulting from minor trauma to the various areas that became stiff and eventually ossified. He also has some erythematous skin lesions over the left pectoral area.
