IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
Sagittal T2-weighted MRI shows soft tissue abnormalities both in front and behind the ankle joint, especially on the back side where there is involvement of 3 to 4 cm above and below the ankle joint because of tenosynovial involvement posteriorly.
