A 12-year-old boy presented with a history of dull, aching pain in his arm for the past two months. This AP radiograph shows a permeative lytic process in the central portion of the humeral diaphysis with periosteal onionskin reactive bone formation that suggested the diagnosis of a round cell sarcoma. Other considerations were osteomyelitis and eosinophilic granuloma.
