AP radiograph of the chest of a 26-year-old female with known multiple hereditary exostoses shows a large calcifying lesion arising from the proximal end of the left clavicle. The lesion bulged anteriorly beneath the skin to such an extent that the patient requested surgical removal. Note other small lesions on the ribs, both clavicles, and a sessile-based lesion on the left proximal humerus.
