A 54-year female presented with symptoms of pain in her knee for four months. AP and lateral radiographic views of the knee shows a geographic lysis arising from the lateral femoral condyle that has the clinical appearance of a giant cell tumor but on biopsy proved to be a low-grade central chondrosarcoma.
