A 37-year-old female gave a history of mild symptoms of pain in the arm with physical activities for one year. AP radiograph of the humerus shows evidence of monostotic fibrous dysplasia filling the upper portion of the humeral diaphysis. There is a ground glass appearance to the upper portion of the lesion and a radiolucent appearance to the lower portion where there is marked thinning and dilatation of the cortex medially that had resulted in multiple previous stress fractures.
