A 14-year-old boy presented with mild symptoms of pain in his right hip with excessive activities. This AP radiograph of pelvis shows a multiloculated, soap-bubbly-appearing lesion filling almost the entire ilium on the right side. On biopsy, this proved to be monostotic fibrous dysplasia with quite a few cystic lesions within the fibrous lesion.
