A 49-year-old male presented with symptoms of pain in his thigh for the past three months. AP and lateral radiographic views of the mid-shaft of the femur show a permeative lytic destructive lesion of the mid-shaft femur with slight fusiform enlargement. Biopsy proved this to be a malignant hemangiopericytoma. The patient was taken to the operating room and a segmental resection of the lesion was carried out and reconstructed with an allograft over an intramedullary nail.
