IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
A 19-year-old male presented with symptoms of low back pain and left-sided sciatica. AP radiograph of the lumbosacral spine shows evidence of an extensive permeative lytic lesion involving most of the sacral wing on the left side. Biopsy proved the diagnosis of Ewing’s sarcoma.
