IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
Radiograph taken three weeks later after treatment with a spica cast shows extensive permeative lysis throughout the fracture site secondary to the remodeling process occurring with fracture healing which could be interpreted as permeative lysis secondary to Ewing’s sarcoma.
