A 28-year-old male presented with symptoms of pain and swelling about the thigh area. AP radiograph of the femur shows evidence of extensive moth-eaten lytic changes throughout the entire femoral diaphysis along with a soft tissue mass seen medially. Biopsy proved this to be a large cell lymphoma. This is a case diagnosed before the advent of chemotherapy and was treated by hip disarticulation.
