Low power photograph shows the typical lobulated pattern of the nuclear structures with prominent nucleoli typical of a large cell lymphoma with minimal cytoplasmic structure. The patient was treated with systemic chemotherapy and the soft tissue mass disappeared within two months. The patient did not require surgical treatment for the upper humerus but died of disseminated disease three years later.
