A 70-year-old female presented with symptoms of pain in the wrist for six months. AP radiograph of the distal forearm shows evidence of a moth-eaten lytic process involving the entire distal end of the radius with evidence of cortical breakthrough circumferentially. Biopsy proved this to be a large cell lymphoma. It was treated with systemic chemotherapy and local radiation therapy. The patient was doing well with no recurrence three years later.
