A 52-year-old male presented with a prior history of a rhabdomyosarcoma of the biceps muscle, treated by wide surgical resection and local radiation therapy seven years before. AP radiograph of the humerus shows extensive permeative lytic changes throughout the entire humerus that give the appearance of a large cell lymphoma. Biopsy showed no evidence of tumor and a diagnosis of radiation osteitis was established.
