A 58-year-old female presented with symptoms of pain in the proximal tibia for the past nine months. This lateral radiograph of the proximal tibia shows a lytic process involving the proximal tibial diaphysis with evidence of chronic sclerotic reactive bone at the periphery suggesting low grade sarcoma or perhaps old osteomyelitis. In this case, biopsy proved the diagnosis of adamantinoma.
