An 18-year-old male presented with pain in his leg for the past six months. THis AP radiograph of the tibia shows a chronic lytic process involving the anterior medial cortex of the midshaft tibia, with evidence of chronic sclerotic reactive bone formation at the base with slight involvement of the medullary canal. On biopsy it proved to be a typical early surface-type adamantinoma of the tibia. There were also features of osteofibrous dysplasia in the biopsy specimen.
