IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
Coronal T2-weighted MRI shows the very black signal void in the area of the bone island, typical of a benign blastic lesion. There is no evidence of any high signal activity around the area that would be seen if this were a metastatic tumor such as prostate carcinoma.
