Lateral radiograph of the leg in a 33-year-old male who gave a history of a painless mass in the calf of his leg that had been present for over ten years. There is diffuse soft tissue swelling in the calf area. On biopsy, the mass proved to be a benign intramuscular angiolipoma of the calf.
