Lateral radiograph of the leg of a 9-year-old girl with known neurofibromatosis shows a pseudarthrosis of the tibia with a posterior angulatory defect, commonly associated with neurofibromatosis. It was treated surgically by a corrective osteotomy and bone grafting procedure.
