Adamantinoma - Tibia - X-ray

AP radiograph of the distal tibia of a 25-year-old male who experienced dull aching pain in his lower leg for six months. There is a benign-appearing lytic lesion eroding the medial tibial cortex in the distal diaphyseal-metaphyseal portion of the bone with evidence of cortical thinning and dilatation and a pseudoloculated, soap-bubbly appearance, similar to what is seen in monostotic fibrous dysplasia. There is a fairly sharp, sclerotic margin around the pseudoloculated areas that also characterizes benign disease.
