AP radiograph of the knee joint of a 17-year-old girl who had knee pain for four months shows a soap-bubbly lytic lesion involving the proximal tibial epiphyseal-metaphyseal area with marked thinning and slight bulging of the cortex laterally. On biopsy this proved to be a giant cell tumor.
