This lateral radiograph of the proximal forearm of a 2-1/2-year-old girl shows a lytic process in the proximal ulna just beneath the coracoid process that suggests the diagnosis of low-grade inflammatory disease, such as infection or eosinophilic granuloma, or possibly a Ewing's sarcoma.
